Client- Technology/IT MNC Company


The Human Resources Director (Top HR role at the company) will direct the development and implementation of human resources strategy and policies across our client's multiple businesses.  This individual will be responsible for overseeing organizational planning, development, employee training and employee relations.  More specifically, the Vice President, Human Resources will: 

  • Work closely with the CEO, CFO, Divisional Presidents, and other executive leaders to ensure that the company’s people strategy supports the organization’s overall business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, develop, and grow a team of functional HR specialists.
  • Lead the execution of HR based processes or programs such as Human Resources Planning, Salary Planning, and Performance Assessments, and participate in continuous improvement of Corporate HR processes. 
  • Oversee and lead recruitment efforts ranging from hourly employees to high level management positions.    
  • Oversee training to functional areas in the areas of leadership, discipline, compliance, culture development as well as performance management and improvement systems.
  • Ensure that the company’s HRIS systems are in sync with the demands of the business; ensure that the company is well trained on all systems related to human resources.
  • Represent the company in legal hearings and employee disputes. 
  • Ensure legal compliance with various governmental laws and regulations; stay current on Federal, State, and Case Law changes that affect human resources. 
  • Develop and ensure adherence of Affirmative Action Plans while supporting diversity initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain an operating budget and capital spending plan. 


Qualifications                        
Qualified candidates must have the following:

  • 15+ years of human resources experience 
  • Experience advising and supporting one or more C-level/President/GM-level business leader(s).
  • Experience supporting a population of at least 10000+ employees.
  • Experience leading HR for multiple business units simultaneously is preferred.
  • Experience responding effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Experience with employee negotiations, labor relations, and employee disputes.
